Its fixed ... but theres a custom removable panel so the Systems dont slide and the ZEX stays put..

I can remove the toys ..... its not fixed and bolted on or anything...

i ussually only put it on if Im going to shows or somewhere when i can keep my eyes on it at all times...

but 90% of the time its never there...
