I've noticed that the 2k1's cut off a bit earlier than the 2002-2003

I'm not sure if that's got to do with year...

I know all automatic LX cars cut off at 180. Honestly... I'd be scared if it went faster. Very dangerous!

I had mine up to 185 klm's and the engine shut off. It was slow climbing at that speed but there was plenty left in her. Speed doesn't scare me so I wasn't impressed with that. My piece of crap 95 cavalier I had in '95 did over 190 and I had to slow down cause of a turn. Oh I would be screaming if some cavalier beat me, those things shouldn't be allowed to go over 60klm's. Better yet 0klm? Why people still drive them off the lot is anyones guess?

My 5speed lx cuts out @ 190 km/h.. to reach that.. I either need to be going downhill or a completely flat highway...

ain't gonna be reaching that climbing any thing more than a 0 degree rise... :P
