Anyone here have done custom piping or resonator being removed in va area? If so how much and where was it done?

Custom piping costs a lot man. I shopped around before and the cheapest place I could find for custom piping was CDE I think. They said like $300 or maybe $350. Either way ur better off just getting an already made exhaust. It'll sound better too.

I just want my resonator removed and replaced w/ a bullet resonator... Oh well my HKS sounds niceee NEwayz :-p

Custom Piping Is NOT Expensive AT ALL !!!

I have 2.5" from the Cat back...
just call Around and Ask if they Bend Pipe..
Lot's of Places Do!! Midas and minikie (sp?)
Any muffler Shop!

I bought a free flow muffler with Dual 3" DTM tips of ebay for $60
I drove around to several muffler shops and offered $150 cash for someone to do it..

You can Completely haggle with these Guys !!
It's all labor so if thier not busy they will do it cheap

It took me two days to find someone to do it
Most places wanted $250-$200
I finally got a Midas to do it for $170

*Hint* If you have cash rather than Credit Card, that helps the seller, becuase they get charged a fee for you to use your credit card.

BTW.... I just took the resonator off.. you don't need it... it's not that loud it's only a 1.7 l

BTW ... I got that at Midas on route 40 just before the Delaware/Maryland line.

yea ... pipin is like 150 at most ... from cat back... not including ur muff.
