Anyone interested in getting together and purchasing a going outta buisness sunoco, it has two garages and a lot, i mean if we are able to pull it off we can probably even rent it if not buy it, i was talkin to Grifter about it and he told me about it. I mean anyone around the area can stop in with a bunch of friends or maybe contact us and all meet at the lot and work on our cars. Its just a dream. I mean you dont have to give money maybe we can have a fund raiser or sumthin( car wash) but anyways let me know what you think. I guess this is only for People near the lititz area. I dunno if it will happen but we can atleast try. Lol maybe if i do get stupid and take out a loan we can start an aftermarket parts buisness

I'm callin the realitor tomorrow check on price an rent.. an to see if the grages are still functional.. only thing I jus thought of though is the lots clasifacation may be business only.. in which case we'd also have to form a oompany ( less than a thou may only be hundred or so) but stopped by ollies today around 6:30 (late had din a the tokyo dinner mad good) but figure I may start makin it a weeklything an I'm sure we can get 20 heads to cough up 10 bucks a month or so.... I mean hey if it all works out to be fesable... you'd save that much jus doin alot of your labor yourslef... plus great place to chill

Sorry for the wait.... been gone all weekend... good news an some bad news....

the good news: if we get 20-30 members an each pitch in about 10-20 bucks a month the lot can be ours [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

Bad news: seeing as it is 400,000 dollars we have to live till we where 118 or so before it would be paid off [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]


Sunoco owns the land.. an will not rent.. must buy.. fully working garage office an pumps if we want to buy gas from them as well....
