OK people. I am gonna get serious with this since we ALL know, I am the master organizer! and Dan's gonna help me out as well! (yea CivicPunker!) I know that people from all over are coming up for HIN, so I figured we should try and plan some kinda meet or whatever! Here is the info that I have obtained about this "little [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]" event:

Place: Atlantic City Convention Center----Atlantic City, NJ (609) 449-2000
Date: June 15, 2002 (it's a saturday)
Time: 5 p.m.-12 a.m.
Cost: $25+$2.50 convenience fee, just to go and check it out
$53+$3.50 convenience fee, to register your car....not sure if you still can though!

*Now, from all the other posts and people who have been to this event before, we need to get there early to avoid waiting on LONG lines. I don't even know if getting there early will avoid this, but it's worth a shot. I am thinking of something along the lines of, we could all meet up somewhere and just hang out on the beach, play some volleyball, and just have some fun until it's time to cruise over to the Convention Center. Some people could possibly be planning on staying over night, might be a good idea. If people want, I will call and get some prices on rooms and what not. What I need to know is, are people serious about this? If I try and get it all together, with some help of course, will you committ? Post up and let me know your deal!

Well, I just purchased my tickets online. Hopefully this means I wont have to wait in line as long, but we'll see. I'm staying over in AC on saturday night, I have to start looking online and figure out where the heck is an okay place to stay, and park my car.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG] I'm coming from PA and will prolly head over early saturday afternoon or something. Cant wait to see all you 2k1's who have registered!
