was driving down on i-64 around 9ish-10pm and spotted a modified 04-05 ssm civic coupe. it had blue lights, exhaust, 2 gauges on the pillar, and license plate(tow boy). i doubt it had a turbo but i could b wrong but it seemed bout the same speed as my car so obviously not turboed. i was the magnessium metallic 05 civic coupe with the exhaust and bright *** projectors. was a good chase down between us 2. didnt want to race b.c of the traffic and possibility of cops on the road.
