I got a 6" strip on my windshield while in NY and now I'm failing inspection cuz it's 3 inches too long. Anyone know of a place in virginia beach/norfolk that is extremely likely to look the other way on this and pass me. I have 14 days left until my re-inspect is due. Thanks.

its like $180 and they will come to your house and install it
in like 15 mins

its just tint film... i can have it taken off and replaced for like $30. I just didn't want to go through the hassle of doing all that. Looks like I'm gonna have to though. Thanks for the help anyway.
