This blows! Im moving to Gettysburg in a couple days (got into some financial trouble- gettysburg's got a free house for me ) but I have no idea if theres anything around there to do, maybe some people on here live in the area? Do you guys know of any local hangouts with a good amount of cars, or anywere somewhat close by?

It's boring as shht from what I can tell- xept theres a college right there so I'm hopin it can't be all that bad. When I had my truck i'd ride through there on the way back from my rents house at like 2 in the mornin with the stereo all the way up/ windows all the way down and i'd air it out right next to the candle light ghost tours. threw sparks all over em lol. but the trucks gone now and my civic's suspension doesn't move

York Hardware bar is alright, Fat Daddy's in the summer time has $.75 pitchers & bananamax is cool too. There is also a mediocre strip club just on the other side of the susquehanna river called goodtimes in columbia, Lancaster county. Trashy town, kind of trashy joint...but most of york/lancaster is that way. Most of the fun had around here is what you make yourself.

yeah i live in harrisburg, bout an hour from gettysburg and there isnt really much to do this way neither. You are gonna have to go and look out the near by town

ok im gonna be moving to gettysburg around the middle of january. i live in lebanon pa which is aobut 1hr and 20 mins away and from reading this it sounds like gettysburg suxs for cars. there has to be something to do there. at least i hope.

I live in Lancaster... not too much to do around here compared to other places... i'm not to far from you. We only got one Tuner shop here though really, Autorageous, they can't do to much, but what they can't do... they know who can.

I'm in Georgia at the moment... but if anyone in the area wants to do some car stuff.... i'll have plenty of time when i get back in April.

I live in york. Not ALOT to do but theres always something. From here there is always Harrisburg, Lancaster, Baltimore. Always something close by.

Club Goodtimes trashy? No Way! jk. I frequent there about once a month, not that bad. But back to topic, basically your screwed this whole area sucks, only close place that is cool is Philly. There is some stuff in Lancaster, York, Harrisburg but not a whole lot.
