cleared headlights - legal or illegal in PA?
I'm sorry, I wish I could help ya but I really dont know.
I wouldnt think so, but then again...
To be safe though, I would just put the orange bulbs in
because I dont think I have ever seen white ones.

i saw a white turn signal around here one time, i think it was an old accord. but i guess it would make sense that it wouldnt be legal since its so rare to see it
I have white turn signals in mine and I have not problems with the law cause of them, there are also alot of people around here that have them. So I say that if you want them in your car then go ahed and do it.
Yes, they are technically illegal, you need to have an orange reflector, not just an orange bulb. So even clear corners with orange bulbs are illegal, though not many of the cops I worked with cared too much, they tend to head after the hyper-blinkers and white signals more often. Peace
cops dont care about the reflector unless they want to be ****, as long as you have an amber bulb you'll be fine, my friend whose lights I cleared, i told her to buy amber bulbs and shes still runnin white, and she hasn't been pulled over yet.
Cops will not usually pull you over because of it... however, if you get into an accident and one realizes your headlights... then it could be used against you, and totally switch a case around... thats why im putting in orange bulbs

that cant possibly be true (anymore?), the toyota prius comes with an orange bulb and clear reflector stock, i saw that when i was looking at my dads
well alot of the time when a car comes with a feature that is stock or installed at the dealer, they dont enforce it. they can by rights pull you over for them, happened to a friend, but they usually wont. but it was the same thing with my tint, because i had it put on i got a ticket for it, my friend had his baked on at the factory and the cop didnt care. so its really a matter of who wants to enforce it. but i would do it anyway if i were you.

ive got my headlights cleared now, just waiting on the orange bulbs from autodynamic.com, so ive got white turn signals till them come. no store in the area carried or could even get orange 7443 or 7440 bulbs, so i ordered a set of each. im hoping the 7440's will stay off until my turn signal is on so i have no orange unless im turning
