Hey guys, in this case Im actually giong to be the land lord. I recently bought a studio condo in Reston, VA. Just wondering what a fair rent fee per month would be for a studio. Also, if anyone else has experience in being a property manger/landlord would be greatly welcomed.

studio apartments around here go for about 650/monthly... just check the rates around you, and get a good idea

i would say at least 600. thats the cheapest ive seen here in arlington. are you including utilities? whats the area like? b/c that would change my answer. but it may be easier just to check the properties around that area like form3 said.
