Health and Fitness expo?
Anyone in the DC/MD/NoVa area going to the health and fitness expo on the 29-30? I heard it was really cool. You can find out about your cholesterol, BF, nutrition, etc! Cat, Curt, n8? It is free . We will probably head down there one of those two days.
