freddy, you act like VA Beach is in your backyard. it's still a good distance for us to drive mang. we had the 2003 meet in BALTIMORE! that's like 45 minutes from us/you.

i think VA Beach is a great idea. i've only been there a time or two, but it's a really nice area from what i can recall. plus, people could make like a whole weekend thing of it. go up on like Friday evening/ Saturday morning, chill, do the meet, hang out afterwards/party, etc....go home sunday.

i say we do it in like a July/August time frame.

people who are further north than the DC/MD/VA area should step up and propose ideas if this is too far to drive. i could see not wanting to come for just one day if you're driving from jersey or NY. but like others have said, make like a lil mini-vacation out of it. i'm sure you guys could get like a weekend off or something -- drive up friday night/saturday morning and then leave whenever sunday. i think that'd be kinda cool.

im thinkin of goin down on the friday so then i'd stay friday nite, saturday nite then come back plenty of time to do most of the fun stuff down there.
