Spotted. 301 Stock blue RSX with stage7 decal. Broadway Diner.
Last night (12 midnight) I saw a stock blue RSX at the Broadway Diner on Rockville pike with stage7 stickers on both of the rear windows. Does anyone know who this is?
License plate: LEY _ _ 5

I knew if someone stared at my car for a long time, I would have felt uncomfortable. That's is why I didn't look at it enough to see if anything was done to it. I didn't remember his plate, I just wrote it in a memo on my phone. If I hadn't written it down, I would probably have forgotten it in under a minute.
