eternalvtec installed the coilovers for me (thank you) and didn't do one thing on the front shocks...so instead of lowering the front, it actually was lifted 3". no worries though...he sorta insisted that i take it to a professional after he had finished...so that's what i did.

lets just say i didnt apreciate having my friends life and my life put AFTER the well being of a car. i understand your concearn, however, cars are REPLACEABLE, people are NOT, SPRINGS CAN TAKE YOUR HEAD OFF IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY!!! you had no sense of concearn for our well being. btw people, this is a direct quote frome infinite: "im not worrid about you guys, all i care about is my car!"
*****, i should have left your car sittin on cinder blocks and let you try to figure that ish out! youre VERY lucky im a nice guy
that being siad, i think all that needs to be dont is turn the front adjusters up on the sleeves. i believe that woulda dropped it. and i would have done it for you if you wouldnt have been such an inconsiderate ***!

And no, it wouldn't go down if I adjusted the sleeves (and yes I know how to adjust it.). What's with all this hostility?

you dont? let me refresh your memory:
you were doing something at the back of your car, dunno what, i wansnt really paying attention, i was concentrating on doing the job right. anyway, one of the spring compressors slipped and spun to the opposite side of the spring to where the other one was still working. that slippage made a big "pop" sound, and it sounded to you, like damage to your car. no problem there, i would have been concearned too. so, you come running up to us, while im asking my friend if he was ok, seeing that he was the one with his hands inside the fenderwell at the time. you heard us making sure eachother was ok and looked at the strut assembly and said "im not worried about you guys, just my car!" we assured you your car was ok and you walked away. never asking if we were ok. meanwhile we were trying to figure out what the directions(which could have been drawn better by a two year old(yes they were drawn)) were trying to tell us. we then got the rest of the left front assembly together, and on the car and moved towards the right side. the only help i remember you trying to give was pointing to the directions and saying "i dont think you guys are doing it right" if you know better, why didnt you do it? btw, my buddy graduated from WyoTech the other month and has the diploma to prove it, so he knows a thing or two more than i imagine you do.
look, im not trying to be an *** just to look cool. and im not the kind of guy that would make this stuff up just to make you look bad. i have more respect for my fellow 7thgen'ers, including you, than to do something like that. the only other person that was really helping us by giving good ideas about what to do was the guy that helped me with the rear springs(i think it was flipBloodracer).

flip, we probably would have stayed but my buddy had to be somewhere at 6.
my sway bar is fine. so far i havent felt much of a difference, but i wasnt really expecting to. from the Si to RSX its only 2mm difference. on my old EX it was 7mm. i just thought i would put it on to see if it would do anything. see, this car reacted more drasticly to my 17's than my EX did, so, i thought, maybe it would do the same for the sway. i still have to test it a little though

rob. yeah, i know, i meant that its a 7mm diference.
flip, glad to hear it went well
tuner, i want to thank you. you were a gracious host and i was definitly regretting that i had to leave. i would have helped with the seat install, had i had more time. about the SRS light, did someone turn the key on while the seats were out? that would do it. the only real way to clear that code is to take it to the dealer.

Thanks Eternal, u were a good guest. No i dont think we turned the key on while we had the seats out but Doctor can still do that easy cus all he would hav to do is unplug the 2 plugs that connect both seats to the car. Hopefully that will work.

hey guys..I still have not drilled that foruth hole and as for the SRS light, yes eternal, I did turn the key on while the seats were out but I think it has more to do with the plugs. Once unplugged the light will be on. Theres a DIY on here so im gonna try it out!

i dunno, as far as i know, as long as you dont turn the ke while the seats are un-pligged, the light shouldnt come on
ive seen a few DIY's about this. i could be wrong, but im sure thats how it works
(shruggs shoulders) too late now
