Jersey Shore meet
This came to me while reading over the Philly meet page. I think it would be a kick @ss idea to have a meet at the Jersey shore. I'm not sure of the dat but since we got one comeing up in the end of May I think a good date would be like July.... mid-July.
I think a good meet place would be Atlantic City because everyoen knows where its at. We can pick a place or whatever.
If you guys think this is a good idea leave your feedbacks here. Leave ideas and dates for this. But anyway, I think a meet on the shore would be awesome.

Rep Power: 310 Well, I know there is a meet in May at KOP mall but we should have another one after that at the shore. I guess we can try to organize this better after the meet in May but for now its only an idea.

speaking from previous experience, no ones gonna show up at an AC meet besides the people in AC. do something in May when its warm out already. and pick a place in the middle somewhere so that both north and south members come.
ill be there, but not if its in AC. thats too far to drive. how bout belmar or point pleasant or something?

Rep Power: 0 ^^yea true im not about to drive down to AC but i would go to like seaside heights for a meet cause there alot of other things i could do there too. also pick a month when you kno itll be warm for sure like the beg. of june of so..

Rep Power: 356 You know what, this is totally do-able...even if it's not at Jen's house. We can always have it at mine. I've got a pool, a yard, a grill and a quiet street too. And I'm pretty sure that if I talked to my boss, he'd let us have a mini-meet at Jersey Freeze as well. Maybe we can get this worked out!
If its not the end of june ( and you allow newyorkers) I'll be there!

Rep Power: 311 This sounds like a great idea. I work at a radio station down the Jersey Shore. The whole Belmar, Asbury Park area. It would be cool to meet other 7th geners up there.

Rep Power: 356 Personally, I would vote out meeting at the beach. We've tried it before and it's just too hard. There is no place we can all park together, especially on the weekends.
I'm thinking maybe we can do a saturday afternoon BBQ, swimming, mini-install type deal. Then, later on, we can drive to like Sea Side/Pt. Pleasant (where ever) and hit the boardwalk and stuff. How does something like that sound? This was people who have to work either during the day or at night could at least hang out for a little bit?
When I get home from school today, I'll get out my calendar and figure out some dates and whatever.
