Son of a.. I need Opinions

Agh I just put in a tranny for my civic. It blew on me.. stupid warranty denied claim based on my aftermarket wheels and intake.

Well I've been driving for a week since i got it back. Now its F--CKED UP AGAIN!! I used a used tranny from a junkyard and had the dealership put the tranny in. It was running fine... and crap.

Agh Im sick of this BS.. anyone have any opinion or advise on what i should do. PLZZZ HELP!! Anyone here selling a full engine swap w/ tranny for cheap... plz hook me up.. ionno.. I still got 2 years left to pay for this crap...

If its a 2001 model, there's a known defect/issue in the trannys... I had to have mine replaced -- which luckily, for me, was still under warranty

wow, how ironic - i had the same problem, so i got rid of the civic how many miles are on your civic, mine had 65,000 and i got a refurbished (used) tranmission and i kept having problems so i gota new car, which i find really nice and fast haha i raced a nissan 240sx last nite and he had an exhaust, not sure wut else and the guy was like wtf haha

but yea i dunno wut to tell ya man

i traded it in, i still owed bout 12,7 and they paid it off and i put 800 down on the hyundai im about to try and refinance the new car with a credit union through the state department but gota see if im qualified "sigh"

They told me my wheels are larger than stock. Even though over diameter of the stock/tire is larger... by .2 in. Sigh this blows my mind... Im sick of this crap... Bah

yo thats BULLSHIT... u need to bring that car back to them and fix it... ur mods have NOTHING to do with the tranny... i had my tranny replaced by honda at 30k miles... i had an aem CAI, 18's, it was lowered, and an dc tcs exhaust.. so i know for a fact that they HAVE TO do the repairs... get a lawyer-

Thats some foul crap ...... could me an axle problem ....hell who knows...but they should not have denied you cause of the wheels...I throw the BS flag on that one

Agh it was too late man. I already had a used tranny installed... i got sick of fighting them.. they just act like they know it all. And they got quiet when i told them my actual diameter size compared to OE. I also told them they're bsing w/ me since i work as a manager(used to be a tech) at an auto repair facility.
