na we arent considering that place, we are more looking at NJ or PA

I liked last year's set up, but more clover green pearls need to show up so I dun have to park by myself, hahaha!

Rep Power: 318 I agree on the traditional meet. We really ought to push this hotel thing though.. get people to try and room with a friend, take advantage of only having to pay $20 for a night's stay. you can probably have 5 people in a room; most hotels offer free roll-away beds. staying the night makes the trip more worthwhile. maybe we can arrange some afterhours event.

im here in philly, dependent on where we are having it, i kno a few places that have free breakfast, like eggs, waffles, etc. bedrooms with an office, indoor pool, and basketball hoop. all for like 90. you can have upto like 6 people or so. use to work there

Rep Power: 0 hey speed racer, yeah i was sent an email list from lazydog, who was origionally gonna plan this meet. it was sent to him from rob. HOWEVER, this email list is a minimum of 1 year old, meaning that some people that attended last year, may have sold their cars and are no longer interested in the meet. also, there are numerous new members to this forum that werent around last year, so, by sending out the email, and posting in this thread, i am trying to do 4 things,
1, find out which emails work or dont work,
2, find out who actually is interested from the emails i have, and who is not,
3, find out if anyone has updated emails that they would rather me send updates to,
4, get emails from people that arent on my list
