Mid Atlantic idea/proposal...
There's a few more turbo civics now. And I know there's swaps and a lotta bolt on civics. I was thinking the next meet should either be at a dragway or a full course circuit...
I don't know tracks in the mid-atlantic area so Ideas and suggestions will be appreciated...

theres a roadcourse in western PA towards Pittsburg i think. Its called BeaveRun Raceway or something. I can look into it. This sounds like fun, id like to see what an EP has for a turbo'd coupe/sedan on a raodcourse(although roadracing is more a drivers thing than a car thing, moreso than dragggin)

Yes, Englishtown is open to the public....I think they have bracket racing every wednesday night. There is also Atco Raceway, in South Jersey. (much cheaper, but not as nice)

You'll have one by then. This meet won't be happening till at least Spring so fear not!
I'll wait anyway, I need someone to race against lol.

I think a road course would be better then a dragway. I think it would be more fun. Also I won't have my *** handed to me too badly becasue I won't have a turbo or swap by then.
But I think that its a great idea.

I agree about the raodcourse being more fun. As for losing against boosted cars, thats the beauty of Handicap racing. Handicap is more fair. It makes it more of a drivers race and puts the thought back into it(tuning, consistency, setting the right dial-in, etc.)
we should meet at cecil county Dragway bc im gonna end up going there to run my spec-v as soon as its nice out anyways and i know a lot of ppl go there on friday nights they have an open night for street cars just my $.02

Boosted or not I would much rather full course than drag. I'm setting my car up for full course. Signed up for racing school and a-thang. Just need full coilover suspension, finish the brakes, and put in the LSD/clutch and I'm good to go lol

Englishtown has a road course. I'm not sure if it ever opened, because I never made it to the track this season. But, we could check that out. It's about half way for the north/south people to meet.
