Need help imid trouble
Sometimes when I start my car the I-mid won't be on and it takes about 20 minutes before it will turn on. Leaving me without a backup camera and no radio or Bluetooth. Any idea why this happens? I tried fixing the battery connection and that hasn't helped

Is it in warranty? They are the best equipped for this kind of thing and even then problems like this one can be hard to pin down.
