00 Si Vs 00 Ex
I know this is a 7th Gen site But going off one of my last posts I was asking about 01 ex
or 00 si and someone posted that Insurance on the EX was way lower and my question is what is the difference between the two? Which is better for the money?

I just recently checked with my insurance agent, and was told that the 00 si would have been $50 cheaper than what i am paying for my 01 ex....i thought it would have been a little more expensive, but it wasnt.
But i would have to say that the 00 si is way better for the money

ya i would take the 00 Si anyday over that ex, you can make the 00 Si's fast as crap.

Rep Power: 0 I re read my post and It kinda looks like I'm talking about the 01 ex I really wondering about the 00 EX is it that much different form the 00 Si of course you could have seen that and where talking about the 00 ex just clairifing

The si has the dohc 160hp motor compared to the ex's 127hp sohc.
The si comes with alloy wheels and lower profile tires. The front grill is slightly different from the ex.
The instrument panel looks different. It has a very sporty appearance.
The design of the seat frabric is different.
Si only comes with manual trans.
That's pretty much it I think...
