Question Does anyone know the undercar neon laws for NY??

Just wondering if anyone knows whats legal for undercar neons in NY, the only thing i've "heard" is that your not allowed to have blue or red. Anyone know the actual laws??

It's my understanding that all under car lighting is Illegal on the street.

the blue and red I believe deals with Headligts, tail lights and turn signals.

I believe any color would be fine, they just can not be on while vehicle is moving regardless of color.

any color should be fine but if your moving then thats where your gonna have problems

Yeap when you are parked then they are very legal, but while driving it might cost you a ticket or if you have bad luck the cop might tell you to take them off on the spot.

Yea what others have said, no underglow allowed on. You can prolly turn it on for show offs and stuff but no cruisin with them on anywhere. I have them, but only friends and family know so it's pretty useless.
