htowncivicEX is an unknown quantity at this point

Honda Tech has by far the largest active user base and is the best site out there, IMO. Almost zero downtime (cough cough), fast loading site, and some of the coolest and most knowledgeable people around.

There's also tons of domestic guys on there too. Just an all-around great site to hang around and share/learn things.

I agree. I find their ITR forum very interesting because the owners there seem laid back, very knowledgable, never too serious and quite mature.
