WHATS YOUR TOP SPEED IN 3RD GEAR My friend has 01 EX. When i was in his car i noticed that when he is at the reline in 3rd he is at around 83-84 mph. Im my LX at rediline in 3rd gear im around 92-93ish mph. Whats your top speed in 3rd gear?
im sure with hondata it would be easily more than 90 at 7700. 
in 3rd, my needle says about 86-87 or so...but i also have 17's so there is a 4% difference...so really closer to 90 i guess.
I know for a fact that 4th goes even above 112. I think it goes closer to 120.

hit 140 at around 6750rpms or so on autobaun in Germany with 215 40zr 18 parada spec 2's on so I dont really know how much that throws my speedometer off or not let me know if you have any idea.. thanks 2002 EX

I hit 118 in fourth.........thats where my fuel cut off hits........ TOOLOW you drive an ex or lx?
well your wrong because Im stationed in Germany where there is no speed limit on the autobahn and i have had my car up to 140 numurous times!!!!!! I have yet to hit the governor or rev limiter yet at 125 or 140.. Maybe you should try to go above 125 someday for yourself and you will be able to find out..

Rep Power: 0 my fuel shut off at 125 mph, with stock rims, and and 127 with 17's, im sorry but id want a pic of your speedo , 140 on a civic, and you didnt hit the limit or have it shut off , im not sayin its not possable, but id just have to see it
ive been up to 140mph. You guys should really try, it takes a while...but it does get up there.
and to who ever was questioning when i said that i was doing like 115mph which = 120 because i have bigger rims....yes thats true. when you have bigger rims on your car, with different tires from stock, then your speedo is off by a certain percentage. There use to be a tire calc. on this site, im not sure if its still there, but you should try and find it. I know that my car is actually going 4% faster than what the speedo says i am going. i have 17" rims, with 205-40 tires.
