I know a guy who's friend is about to put a Chevy 350 engine in a 2000 Honda civic everyone tell me if that is stupid or what?Think of how the exhaust would sound. I don't know how he is going to fit it in there but he say's he can.Holla back.

I have a friend who put a 350 in the newer style RX-7, it ran like 8's at the track(its 1/8 mile here) dont know what his 1/4 mile would be but it hauls ***, but i dont see a 350 fitting in a civic, but its worth a try, an engine that big with that many horses in a car like our would kill.

and trucks arent the only ones who have 350's man, i have a 1978 Camaro Z28 with a 350 in it, Basically the gears in the rear end are lower for more pulling power in trucks, but you can eaily change them out. The cam in trucks are smaller for better torque but not all trucks, but i thknk hes gonna use a hopped up 350 anyway
it aint all that difficult if you know hwo to fabricate, and where to either tig wled, spot weld the seams in a car to pop in a variety of engines. Ive already seen a rwd ford focus, with cobra v8 coarsing through its blood. it only takes some time and money.

Here my question how are they going to do the drive train. The civic is a front wheel drive with a motor swap that is typiclly rear wheel drive motor. Very interesting. I like to see the resolutes. Definely keep people posted.
That going to be a major job considering that a 350 is a much bigger engine then our current one and not sure how the trans is going to sit. I really dont see that fitting without completely re-doing the underside of the car.
