i have never seen police in california drive around in anything but domestics... i think i saw them drive around in volvo's at one time but not so much anymore....

NY State Police have lots of camaros, besides the crown vics and suvs. never seen an import cop car tho...

in texas all the highway pigs roll around in the camaro cop cars, but besides that rest have the crown victoria. God i don't think any civic would have a slight chance of gettin away from a cop in an Evo 8. I pray to go that doesn't happen, or i'm screwed.

since no1 replied u , im gonna give it a shot .. I think its those undercover police car w/ no lights on the outside, they look like norml cars on the outside, but surprise u and pull u over .. thats wut i think they r

Police Interceptor is just the police version of the Crown Vic. Ford beefs them up for heavy duty work. Brakes, oil coolers, trans coolers, alternator, suspension, etc. etc. etc.

The next time you're behind a Crown Vic police car, check out the tiny little badge on the left side of the bumper. It'll say 'Police Interceptor'.

civics won't have a chance against the crown vics on the highway or the camaros, either. they're built for high-speed cruising. in houston we have a number of undercover cop cars including a modded black 6th gen SI, a blue camaro SS and countless unmarked crown vics and impalas.
