Police Decoy
Ukrainian policemen install a faux police car made of wood Feb. 26 beside a road near the town of Borispol, outside Kiev. Police hope the cutout cars reduce speeding, thereby reducing accidents.

[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] What's fun is when you get an airsoft gun and do driveby's on the dummy. But I stopped after mistaking the dummy for a real cop, which isn't cool at all. Luckly I never actually hit anything.

Rep Power: 0 In my town here, during "rush hour" cops will sit in the median and turn their lights on. And that's it. No radar on or anything. Everybody slows down 5 to 10mph below the speed limit when they see the cop. I just go by at the speed limit or exceeding because with my trusty radar detector I know the truth. 
Edit: That van, even though it's looks completely Photoshop'd, has some nice rims. Oh, and should that cop be arresting that girl for "indecent exposure?" Oh well.

I actually don't mind that. I'd rather have them put a fake cop car out in the interest of slowing people down, than having a motorcycle cop hiding somewhere where nobody can see him, writing revenue tickets and saying, "This is for your own saftey."

Rep Power: 0 i saw on the news once that the staties here set up a 3-D plastic dummy "speed trap," then they set a real trap at the next break. People we're flipping s**t. It was funny cause they were interviewing the peeps after they got pulled over by the real cop, and they were talking about how cops are unfair ********* right in front of them.
