Is wiring for all cars almost similar?

are they? i mean if i wanted to relocate or add a switch, would it be the same procedure just like how installing a new stereo?

basically...yes...u jus need new harness and need to know which wires to tap into.
ford green wired probably isnt the same as honda green wire

ok, does changing switches (toggle, etc) matter too? i bought a toggle switch and it has different watts or sumtin like that.

not quite sure...i want to say it doesnt matter for a toggle switch...but dont quote me on it.
