what can one do to mod his engine, i will list some stuff below, and whoever knows can you please list with detail what this product does, how it works, the physics behind it ..... and remember, right this thread as if someone who knows absolutly nothing about cars is reading it.

one needs to park the car for about 2 months, pop the hood take the motor out, take it apart and everything that u put back in should be aftermarket and performance driven. pistons, rods, block, cams, valves, and related parts, then slap a turbo, and hell u can even put a nitrous system in there for quick spool up of the turbo, in my opinion i wish i never bought ne thing for the car like intake and exhaust and headers and such, and just waited til i could get the turbo. this is just what i want to do and am currently in the process of doing

I'll start it off breifly.
Your throttle body is where all the air is fed into the engine. Bigger throttle bodies allow more air which results in more power.
A turbo is driven by your exhaust. The exhaust spins a turbine which "sucks" in air then forces it into your motor. Heat increases but the power potential is tremendous. Ehhh, I'm too tired. You get the idea. This topic will fill up quickly anyway.

General FAQ should explain most things
Intakes:
Cold Air Vs. Short Ram -
Cold Air Pros & Cons:
pro- colder air reaches the engine
con- longer travel to get to engine
Short Ram Pro & Con:
Pro- shorter pipe allows less travel for air to travel
Con- usually placed closer to the engine, thus "sucking" up warmer air than Cold Air
dont feel like continuing...must do AP english homework...
