Need your help ASAP!!!
I am doing a project for school involving research on the progression of engine design and reducing air pollution (since my major is mechanical engineering with a goal of car design). Can someone please help me with Hondas and other imports, as far as where I can go to find info? Anything on American cars would be helpful as well. If all else fails i will go to the official websites of the respective car companies themselves, but I'd rather get an unbiased vantage for it.
Anyway, one of the key objectives of the project is to also get 3 people who were really involved in the progression from then to now (not like Mr. Honda or something like that, but someone who had the most influence on the ULEV design or LEV back in the day)
Any help on the above is greatly appreciated.

Yah... google will probably be a good place to start. I'm sure theres some research sites that have info but I don't know them.
American efforts to reduce emissions??? HAHA that's almost a joke. Just look up "skip shift" and "skip shift removal" to see how easy it is to get around american emissions improvements. Ok well, some efforts have been made, but not nearly as much as by the imports. Honda has a pretty good timeline of their cleanliness milestones on their website, I bet some of the others do too.
