cheapest I paid for 89 octane was like $1.69. The navy/marine bases have cheaper gas so I go there when im around there.

This is around the San Diego area.

Yeah I hear you guys. I dont understand this crap. We might not have the most powerful cars out there but we can save allot of $$$ by not using as much gas and can mod them to get them up there ......

Here in Saint John, NB, where we have an oil refinery we have some of the highest prices in my area, we are paying around 0.82 -0.84 a liter CDN, last summer it hit lows of about 0.62 liter CDN.
This is nuts.[hr]
.62 in da summer i don't remember the last time it was that low
[hr]
Yeah well I remember it, not well cause it didnt last long, but man I wish it would go down like that again.

ummmm, where were you getting gas last year? As for me, I'm moving back to the state with the cheapest gas prices in the US, so I'm not worried. I still have a good laugh when I look at the facial expression of someone filling up an Excursion.[hr]

Where in Texas are you moving to? Austin generally has the cheapest gas prices because there are no emissions laws in Travis County. You would think Houston would have the cheapest gas since they are right next to the refineries, but Houston gas is about $0.10 more expensive than Austin.

It cost me almost $20 to fill up a few days ago - $1.75/gallon 93 octane.

Once we take over Iraq and stabilize the region, gas prices will go way way down. Not trying to start a debate or offend anyone - but that's the truth.

It's 1.59 around the suburbs of Boston - out a little closer to cambridge it goes up to 1.69, and forget it on the mass pike where it peaks out at 1.73'ish...remember the good ol days when it was dirt cheap? I miss those days...

I'll be going to San Antonio, where I was born and raised. Since I'll be looking for a new place to go to school, I'll have to check into UT anyway, so I'll have to remember to get gas there.

We need to have a Texas meet after I get there so i can see "the beast"
