New Honda Tuning Mag

March 2003 issue shows the installation of the CAT'Z HID 5100k Aqua White high/low kit on a 2001 Civic. The pictures and description of the install seem like they would be helpful to anyone attempting this mod.

The pics of the install are pretty good, but the pics of the lighting on the wall suck.

catz hid is not all that great...they use cheap bulbs...quality hid lights use phillips bulbs at either 4300k or 6000k

I noticed right away that was a 7th gen, even though they didnt identify the car. And I agree, for the money those HIDs look crappy[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-nono.gif[/IMG]

Yeah I was a little mad when the pics of the lighting difference was in B+W. How can you see the color of the kit? Well the pics of the install weren't all that bad, there were a few of the driver side install that were a paint to make out, along with the grounding of the wire on the passenger side
