Really, thats a strong statement Mango. Tell me this: How is the plastic any different from you Civic? The quality seems very good to me as well as the fit, I guess I am not understanding what you are saying. Is there something wrong with leather seats? Please tell me more...........I am confused.

Uhhh, my Type S has a very nice steering wheel similar to my old Civic, and very nice door sills with the RSX logo on an aluminum plate, not too rough to me but if you don't like it thats all that matters.
666, how much did your insurance differ from your Civic? I'm hoping to get a Type-S soon, if my plan follows thru [by the end of this month or next month].
I just want to know what I'd be expecting as far as the insurance goes. I'm not worried about it [the insurance] at all. I'm just curious. Thanks!

Type R has 20 more hp and lsd. Type R is a half second faster in the quarter than the S I believe. Anyhow heres what i've found out about the type s so far and correct me if i'm wrong.
Steering wheel and shifter are made by momo
Seats are made by recaro
Wheels are made by enkie. (the michelin stock tires suck btw)
Anyhow imho, ive had my car for a while and the type s is a much more comfortable car to drive. It seems really solid and well thought out. The 5 cup holders are actually convenient for messy people like me
The Seats are comfy and hold you in pretty well but are still easy to get out of unlike other seats such as the ones in the evo or sti. The gauge cluster is very elegant and not riced out with bling and all the dials look look just right. When the car is off, all the needles point straight down. At night, everything is a soothing red glow and with all buttons clearly distinguishable. Also, everything is pretty quiet and more acoustically sound than previous generation integras.
The radio is not too shabby. It is not as powerful as my aftermarket setups I used to have but for being stock with a tiny subwoofer, its just barely enough to make my rear view rattle so its okay with me (Might add an infinity basslink to help it out). The 6 disc changer is pretty convenient having everything in dash and can quickly load and eject cd's once you get used to it. The rears capability of folding the seats down and removing the rear deck for extra storage is awesome. I brought my friends entire bodykit with all the boxes for his rsx from the dealer to his home and they all fit in my car with some room to spare!
Overall, I enjoy the looks and the handling is pretty decent for stock although i still emphasise that the stock tires really do blow. Change out just the tires to something like bridgestone so3's and possibly a drop and you're pretty much set.

After my Legend, sure.
But in comparison with a Celica, Focus, WRX, SRT4, or any of the other cars that are typically competition, no way.
