What are the chances
of having an SiR here in the US??
Where me and my co-worker had lunch a civic sedan pulled up. It had a okay body kit, rims i have never seen before, rear spoiler, a whole bunch of stickers and labeled an SiR.

Nope.... an SiR is the Canadian Version of the Si. There was never an Si Sedan, so there wasn't an SiR sedan. You can buy those stickers all over the place. Ricers buy them because they have red 'R's on them.
ive never heard of a sedan version of the Si..unless the car actually was from canada in which case i guess it would be an Ex..or it was just another american poser who thought SiR looked "cooler" than whatever model he/she had
edit: oops..i guess i was a lil too late

I figured so. It wasnt even a sticker, it was an emblem. Since there is no SiR sedan, I will say this was an lx or dx. I couldnt see if it had a tach but it surely didnt have a sunroof.

Whatever... If honda doesn't sell it 'as-is' (already put together/like that from the factory) on any Honda sales lot, then it's not for real.
Hey, if you want to put stickers to your car or kit it out, then by all means, more power to yah. The last thing you want to care about, is what other will think about your car.
In the world of auto customizing, your money comes first, then your car, then your time... and at the bottom of the list, what others feel.

Of course you shouldnt base your likes and dislikes on what others say, you do have point. This post was merely started to clarify the possibilites of having an Si-R 'sedan' here in the US.
Conclusion: There was never one created. Everyone's definition of a ricer is diferent, no matter what they should be respected. IMO
