has anyone ever ordered from this place? i've been waiting for my new trim kit for two weeks now. are they usually this slow?

I did once and if I remember correctly, everything went fine. I think the dude even emailed me to make sure everything was ok.

I ordered from them once, and a few days after I placed my order, I checked the status & it had been cancelled without any notification because the item was out of stock [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

When I requested a backorder, they said they couldn't/wouldn't.
