Molding Urethane?

I have the Xenon body kit and I was wondering if urethane could be molded to the car? I know fiberglass is easy, but I've heard that urethane can be molded, and that it can't. I'm wanting my sideskirts and rear to be molded. Can it?

Maybe. Although the difference in thermal expansion will be enough that the joints will crack over time. plastic + metal + heat = crack

I am not sure if i can be done or not. I guess anything is possiable.
The thing about the expansion would be as Grey said, but I am not sure what would happen as the Urathane becomes very flexable as it heats up. You might want check with some shops that deal in that stuff.
