Anyone ever seen one of these before? (I couldn't find my digital camera, so I just stuck it in my scanner )

Dunno why there's that blue thing on the side, but oh well...

I forget where I saw it, maybe on Ripleys Believe it or Not, but they ran a modded Viper against an F-16. The Viper kept up and was ahead for like the first 10 seconds before the jet hit like 200 mph. So foolish...
