I ask because it appears to me that most of us here only care about the 1/4th mile. Personally I dont give a rats *** what my 1/4 mile time would be, Drag racing imho, is a wast of time for our cars. If I wanted to go fast in a strait line I wouldn't have purchaced a civic. I do however race my car, SCCA SOLO II aka, autocross. I like it mostly because it gives the little guy a fighting chance to win. (some of the fastest cars on the track are 4th gen civics). the other thing I like about it is that its cheep! you can race with a bone stock car and still be competitve, thanks to the classing system. I run STS (Street Touring with street tires). anny way Im rambling now. So Who really races their car? posted in wrong place.

I raced mine a few weeks ago... SCCA autoX. First time out, I'm hooked, and will be back next year. Also ran STS, shoulda taken off the intake an ran Stock, but I wasn't thinking. Oh well, it was fun, and I wasn't last.
