Well depends. With all the mods Jodsters got, maybe it's better to buy the car back and rebuild because it's gonna cost more to buy a new car + parts again. But then again, the damage may be so bad after fixing, the car's gonna have problems later on.

Rep Power: 0 heh.... been there done that... got my whole front end replaced $3000 worth of damage... new tsunami front bumper, cf hood, projector headlights, and altezza grille....

Rep Power: 0 ummm let's see...drove to fast on the freeway hit a rail...side damage towards the left side of rear bumper near the gas tank...around 1.7g damage and that's my story.

Rep Power: 0 Well it starts of like this, I had a 2001 LX and it got totalled (T-bone accident). Then I got a 2002 LX. Recently I got in to a lil accident rear end... damage was lil though just the headlight, bumper and fender (driver side) needed to be replaced. I end getting a BUDDY club body kit and projectors because of that accident, all with insurance money.

Rep Power: 0 I hit a pothole a month ago causing $1300+ worth of damage. Had my front bumper replaced, lower tie bar, etc.
Then last friday, some guy pulled out & hit my driver's side & messed up my fender, door & wheel. Luckily this wasn't my fault. He tried to run too, but I got his tag #.

Rep Power: 0 I had a tire blow out on the highway i was going 75 Mph my civic flew off of the road and rolled 8 times i ended up breaking though the closed sunroof with my head. If anyone can beat this accident in their 7th gen let me know.[IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]

Don't our cars have a chip in the key so they can't jack it with out a lot of work? I have an 02 EX and i was wondering how much time did the actually have to still steal the car
