i really want to paint my callipers blue, and i cant get rims at the moment, i am stuck with wheen caps, the probel is that these is a black circular cover under the plastic cover, that covers the inside of the wheel, can i get ride of that [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

That "round circular cover" you're talking about isn't a cover, its your rim. It would be pointless to paint your calipers now, because you'll never see them after you put them back on. Wait until you have rims, or else you'll just waste your time.
