hmmmm since your injured you could get a lot of money if you sue...that's just an idea to put in your head while you get better (imagine...instead of just getting a bumper...you could get a whole kit! ) Well anyways...get your back checked by a doctor quick before any problems develop.

wow that sucks...ummmm just call around or a better idea is ask your friends and see if their parents are in that business or something. Doctors/Physical Therapist would do. Heh i wouldn't go too cheap if i was getting my body checked.

her insurance company should cover your medical expenses...

you should call someone to ask how to get that going... or call her insurance company and ask them how u can get that going...

and as for suing.. its a long process... but u might get a few bucks outta it... the trouble is getting a lawyer...

- Dude, I know everyone is telling you to sue, and you might possibly get a lot of money. I just can't help but offer a different opinion, cuz I was in an accident that was my fault, and I was scared as h e ll of getting sued. It might be great for you that you come up on free money, but the person you sued has to pay legal fees, probably declare bankruptcy. Her credit is ruined for many years. What if she has children or a husband she has to take care of? I mean yeah she's a crappy driver, but her insurance will go up and all your stuff will get paid for. Do you really need to ruin somebody's life just to make some dirty cash?
Go ahead and flame but just my .02 cents

i appriciate your comments, my friend was in an accidnet and just told the insurance company that he was injured after seeing a doctor and was given $500 over the amount they we're going to give him. this lady was a teacher for 30 years and she had her great-great grandaughter in the car with her - i don't plan on ruining anyones life or taking legal action to sue for a measly couple bucks - just getting ideas from people on the board -

Kaminari rear bumper is actually a skirt. Its not a full replacement. So you would have to get the stock one fixed or repainted and then add on the Kaminari Rear.
