Anyone can put a bottle in their trunk and say they're spraying 100....if the car in honda tuning is actually using it, im sure this civic is 100% custom, new internals, turbo, everything.....
you can do it....but if you do it too many times, dont plan on having your car long.....
ive seen engines blow on a 50 shot...it just depends on how well the car is tuned.
p.s. you need to change the title of the thread now!
EDIT: THANK YOU

Well as far as I can tell, the guy isn't on this site, and the car is very nice looking - 2k1 civic LX (according to the article) with plenty of pictures of the car. Sweet ride in my opinion, as far as the nitrous goes, your guess is as good as mine. I'd still drive it though (YOU WANT PICS? GO GET THE MAGAZINE!)
Look in the Honda Tuning Magazine October/November 2002
Article Title - Paranoia An Obsession Of What Could Happen To A Beloved Project Leads To Another Project
I can't vouch for what this guy has in his sig, but check the 7thgen out - I think it is very tastefully done.

Maybe it's about jealousy or what not, but just post some pics. Email them to the moderator... he said he'd post them for you. If I had that much done to my car I would probably post a thread in each forum section everyday for a year with a picture to make sure everyone knows I'm the man. If you knew anything about cars you would know that a 100 shot on a small 1.7 with paper thin piston rods, a plastic intake manifold, a returnless fuel system, ULEV, and a 9:1 ratio is suicide. Look a 50 shot is safe if you know what you're doing. Why don't you grow up and quit trying to impress everyone with a bunch of stupid *** comments about how we're ignorant when you should take a long hard look in the mirror. Don't forget you're the one who thinks you can beat an s2000 with a D series motor.
why don' t you just get the hell out of here already.

Well, that and the fact that he magically somehow has a fuel pressure regulator on his returneless fuel system. Right... cuz you were able to just go into your fuel tank and change the fuel regulator.
He's full of it. He's listed mods that he can't even physically have. He should be banned, cuz he's giving all of you 7th gens a bad name.

First off, like I said. You are full of it. You have mods there that you can't even have on your car.
Get a clue riceboy. You can't have a fuel reg on your car. You have a returnless fuel system... the pump is located INSIDE and integral to the gas tank. IT'S AN IMPOSSIBLE MOD!!!!
Secondly, yeah... you're right. I DONT have an S2000.

Lastly, I live in Wisconsin. NOt exactly a close drive to philly. If I ever make it out there, I'll be glad to school you in this "civic" you claim you have with all these mods. Again, total BS because you list mods you can't even have. If I ever need to break in a toilet, I'll call you cuz you're so full of sh*t.
I'm done with you now. Go back to school, and next time you try to pull some BS, make sure the BS you're pullin can actually be done.

I'm not taking anyone's side here, but didn't the people who have custom turbos done also turned their fuel system into a return fuel system? Black99vtec doesn't list a turbo, but isn't it possible that he could have redone his fuel system and have a fuel pressure regulator? I'm not saying that he HAS done it, but is it possible? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

OK everyone is wrong, he is running the VCN-1000 with a 75 shot, which is a completely computerized nitrous system, a lil different than just slapping a hose, nozzles and a switch into your car

It is possible to mod the car to have a return line, fuel pump, etc... but not cost effective in his case, nor does it make sense.
And another thing that would cause problems for him is the Jet ECU he claims to have. First off, does Jet even offer an ECU for 7th gens? The ECU is the 7th gens isn't very programmable, and to my knowledge, only Hondata had the mapping and ability to change the ECU. And if he did have a fuel return and fuel pump, the new ECU wouldn't like it, and give him all sorts of problems.
(this information comes from someone who owns a dyno shop... and Hondata uses his dynoshop for their R&D. So he would know first hand)

the jet chip would have to be tuned SUPER rich in order for it to handle a 100 shot. Returnless fuel system to the side, running a DRY 100 shot is going to kill the car. There is no way for the nitrous to be distributed evenly over all the cylinders, or even mix with the correct amount of fuel. A b-series motor is much stronger than a d-series motor, and dry 100 shot would kill those motors. It's suicide tuned correctly or not.
