2k1 Civic Auto Burnout

Hey I have a question for Civic auto owners. For some reason I cant seem to do a burnout by using the brake and gas pedal at the same time...It works on most auto cars, but I cant seem to burn my tires on a 2k1 civic...have any of you tried to do this?

I am getting really tired of seeing stupid "fast and the furious people"..
BUT if u really wanna fuxx up ur ride that badly then just yank ur e-brake as far as it will go, put some bleach on ur tires and floor it... have fun

Pressdown Brake pedal all the way....Hold it...then press on accelerator till u get to 2500 RPMS and there u go, weak tire chirp. Or u can go over painted speed bumps super slow, then floor it over them. Or for louder and "cooler" screech, go to a parking garage and do it.

Or better yet have your friend in his Camaro burnout in his car.

I used to be able to do this EASILY in my turbocharged volvo I had before. I was quite disappointed that I couldn't do it with my civic when I got it.... but it IS bad for your car anyways. hehe....

the best burnout ive ever seen, was when i was 16,my friendwas in his dads dodge ram,it lasted 2min,16sec,we timed him.when he got home and his dad noticed the tires, you talking about a beating, thats why i never burnt out in my parents cars. we live in pretty much backwoods country, ill tell you that his dad put a country ace whooping on him, even used fists, i was scared that day, but looking back on it now, it is funny as pi**

Your car doesn't have enough torque. You probably don't know what that is though.

Go watch F&F again.

you cant really do a burnout with our autos.. reason why holding the brake and pushing the gas doesnt do a burn out is the brakes hold the front wheels and our cars are front wheel drive. so ya you would have to use the e-brake but then its not strong enough so you would have to neutral drop which would mess up your tranny badd...
i cant even chirp my tires when i brake torue, when i had my firestones i could.

one day i was driving a tahoe n damn.. all i did was floor it, no brake or e-brake and i was peeling out all nasty. damn i hate our cars..

LOL an even better suggestion: "Neutral Drop it"... hahahahh idiots
Now that we're talking burnouts... I have seen some SEEERIOUS burnouts.. my buddy in highschool had a '78 Olds Cutlass. He used to alway put on shows in the school parking lot at lunch. There was one time where one of the parking lots was totally empty and he was fishtailing and doing donuts everywhere.. he then stopped in the pathway between that parking lot and another and brake-standed it.. he burned out for at least a minute and his rear right tire exploded and flew off the car. Everyone was goin crazy.. it was jokes

right b4 i got my new rims and tires i neutral dropped it and was buring the stocks like whoa, after a little over 2 min of burning my engine cut off (i think overheated) but it was soo sweet and the smoke just billowed around the car. bad thing is my front tires have the radials showing thru now but it was worth it to have to spend 100$ when i put the stcosk back on one day.

donuts are even better. To bad our car is front wheel drive. My guy has an 84 benz and when its wet outside he can do a 360 full donut into his parking spot making the front end of the car face the entrance of his lot. Pretty fat.... he also likes to do ebrake skids too.
