Damn...those seats are nice...I remember there's a 4WD version of the Civic ferio in japan...what would be fun...here's a dumb question...why on the phillipines, australia and those other countries over there, have 1.6L engines rather than our 1.7L ??? Hey, Did everyone notice that the lights are already CLEAR!!!! I wonder if they still blink yellow, if so I want that set up.........Does anyone know where I an get yellow colored blinker bulbs, like the Lexus

North American consumers demand more torque. The competitions here offer torquey sub-compacts (ie - Corollas, Sentras), so Honda had to bump it for here. Generally speaking, gasoline is also more expensive overseas, hence opting for more fuel efficient engines--even diesel version of Civics. You'll see that they have far more variations for engines compared to here to better suit their needs, whether it be for the most efficiency, or the best performance.
