Yeah, it's tough to tell. He either did that on purpose to try to get ahead, or he jumped that bump too fast at a weird angle and couldn't correct to turn in since he had his outer wheels off the ground. Hmm...

He down shifted like he knew the turn was coming up. Evidently to me it was either a cool shirtcut or he was going too fast for the turn. If he was going slow enough to make it, he would've. Oh well, anyways.
