its a civic!!!!

I've been reading to many damn threads about people complaining about how slow their cars are. Don' t you understand people? its a civic?? Did you read 200 horse power 6 speed on the sticker when you bought your car? no it has 127 horses. my lawnmower almost has that much power, ok maybe thats a exageration, but still!! You bought a civic not a RSX or a WRX or a 350Z you bought a Civic! Have you looked around the roads while your driving? The majority of people driving 7thgens are old people or house wives, who Honda designed the car for.

A Civic is not made to be fast, its made to be reliable, economical, and comfortable, not fast. If you bought a civic thinking it was a fast car, well i hate to inform you, you've just waisted 16,000 dollars.

because they are m*rons like most complainers. i suggest these complainers learn how to read first before they learn how to drive faster cars. the sticker always tells how much hp our cars have. however, you can still make our cars go fast by mods...


oh, btw, evenif you have a fast car, if you don't know how to drive, then your car will still be slow. it really depends on the driver.

don't get me wrong i did not make this thread as a flame to 7thgens, i made it to try to make people realize that a Civic ain't a race car, nor was it designed to be. I love my car, its slow but who cares, if i wanted a fast car, and could afford one, i would have bought one. But i have a civic and i love my car.

I'll I have to say is that the looks of the car, is what get's the chicks. You think that girls are goin to care what is under the hood. I know that I get 10 times more people telling me about how good it looks over what mods I have done to the engine.

An electric car wouldn't have emissions, you're correct there. But there are no 100% electric cars, yet anyways. Some Honda's as most of you know are SULEV, but they still produce emissions, just verrrry little. Fuel cell cars are on the brink of mass production and their only emissions will be pure H20 [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]
