I really hate tractor trailors

Okay im coming home from school yesterday driving on the interstate. I'm just about to pull off on my exit and i see a lot of smoke and stuff from the big tractor trailor in front of me. I just thought he slammed on brakes to keep from hitting a car, but noooo the next thing i see is a big @$$ tire coming at me. There is nothing i can do except hit it. So i go ahead and get off the exit and pull in the first gas station and look to see if it happened to mess up a rim or anything and it didnt. Then i look at the front left corner of my car and the rubber piece is just barely hanging on and theys a big scratch on the bottom corner of my bumper I cleaned it and waxed it and it doesnt look as bad, but you can tell its there. I'm still super pi$$ed right now, but it cheers me up that the oem kit will cover it up when i get it in a few months. So watch out for the big riggs on the highway folks

did he/she have a blow out? was the tire from his truck? if so you should of stopped where he was stopped and talked to him about it...the company he works for should pay to have it fixed...thats one reason they have insurance

pounds is right, the truckers company would pay, had you stopped, got a plate number or company name, etc. Driving my mother's Acura a while back, a garbage truck had some sh*t fly out of it and dent up the hood. I called up Waste Management and they took care of everything - apparently they get a lot of calls about it.
