Rep Power: 0 DIY: Adjusting Shock Sensor Sensitivity (KARR Alarm System)
I thought my KARR alarm system didn't have a shock sensor because i have never heard my alarm go off...
Anyway, i opened the fuse panel and THERE IS A SHOCK SENSOR! It was at the minimum..
Some shock sensors are located somewhere else.... find it!
This DIY is NOT for the Honda 'Keyless' Entry System
1. Open your fuse panel
2. Look straight, a bit to the top left... You should see the shock sensor
3. Grab a small flat head screw driver, and adjust the sensor by turning the **** to the RIGHT.
4. Close the Fuse Panel
5. Test it.
I adjusted my shock sensor HALF WAY. To test it, i closed the doors...and activated the alarm. Then i grabbed the door handle and allowed it to snap back to the car, *beep beep beep beep* ... or you can try kicking the wheels.
Hope this helps,
