The SIR civic is canadas version of the american SI, 160 hp
The Type R is basically the performance inspired special edition Civic, 200 hp, somewhat like the SVT that ford has!(sorry bout the ford comparisson[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG] )

I would've never thought the TYPE R Civic has more stallions. I thought it was the JDM of the SI/SIRs (with same HP).

actually, Canada has Type-R's too. Our integra's go up from SE, GS, GS-R, and Type-R (I think). The Type-R has 195hp from a 1.8L DOHC Vtec engine, where as a Civic SiR (Si for the U.S.) has 160hp from a 1.6L DOHC Vtec engine...I hope I'm right?!
