How do you know the bodyshop didnt bent it. You should have filed a claim with the shipping company.
I have not seen 1 picture. The e-mail that syas "it will be coming from Kaminari"?


These things are still unanswered. . I cannot just give refund without any proof. I am being very legitament about this whole thing.
If the airdam was damaged upon delivery, their is a process to see what happened while shipping.

You NEVER contacted me about this, until 1 week ago.
I offered $75 credit, as a good gesture.

Again, I apologize.

I think Rob's story sounds more legitimate. People should learn to inspect things before putting them on their car

so it went to the shop first or to your house? if it went to the shop first how don't you know they didnt screw it up then blame it on tornactive.

I orderded my intake and neuspeed springs and camber kit from them. And i had no problems with shipping or anthing. I would recommend Tornactive, and will shop from there again.

There is no "e-mail" where you say the airdamn is coming directly from Kaminari because we talked on the phone and I placed my order with you ON THE PHONE. You know that already.

The body shop never took the airdam out of the box, it still had their address on the outside when it was originally sent from whomever. They just stuck a mailing label on top of that one to send it to me. I cancelled the job, they had no reason to open it. It appears you are just looking for another way out of this, trying to find someone else to blame.

There is no need for a damage claim with the shipper. It was not damaged in shipment, it was completely folded in half and taped together that way and stuffed inside a much smaller box obviously to save shipping costs as Kaminari pointed out.

I have already said that I just contacted you about this after I got the message from Kaminari explaining that they don't ship their products that way. That is the point where I knew I had received my product from someone other than Kaminari.

As far as you being legitimate about this whole thing, your private message to me today stating that "you understand what I am saying but you can't guarantee that you said it" does not sound very legitimate to me. That's a ridiculous defense and even further proves the dishonesty of the transaction.

Your right, I do let other ppl talk about other companies, but this is on ongoing discussion and you are asking direct questions to him. THis should be done over the phone or email, not in a public forum just to get ppl on your side. THere are other ways to deal with this, the BBB being one.
