I always read posts about people complaining about how their honda dealership doesnt wanna cover things that they really should cover...well i had a little problem...and i was also wondering if anyone else had this problem...on my 2k2 civic si (canada) around the power window controls there is a silver plate, the Si Model comes with it...well anyways mine got scratched up by my nails or finger...so it started looking ugly, so i went to my dealership today and the guy was great, no problems at all...he right away said yes we will replace that for you next week, we will call you when we get the part, i was very impressed.... heres a picture of what im talking about...

Hey My friends got the EXACT problem except his is on both sides(driver and passenger)
They look just like that!
anyways his car is a 2k1 Civic. If they are willing to fix it I will get my friend to go get his fixed because his look way worse then yours[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

It will just happen again and again. Obviously, that part was painted when it should have been made of solid colored plastic or metal. That's good they are replacing it though. It doesn't seem like they would since it is a wear and tear item.

No i dont think that will happen again i probably just had bad luck or somethign wasnt right about that piece...because i havent heard of too many 2k1 or 2k2 civicswith this problem...my friend has a 2k1 and he really messes up his car and he doeesnt even have that
